Your First Visit
We want you to make informed decisions about your oral health which is why we take the time to walk through the oral exam with you and answer any questions you have along the way.
Here’s what to expect on your first visit:
- Comprehensive exam
- One-on-one time with the doctor
- Oral pathology exam (non-invasive)
- Structural/functional/biological exam
- Co-discovery session with the patient
Preparing for Your First Visit
We will need you to fill out paperwork and provide insurance information for your first visit. Please feel free to bring a list of medications you are taking, recent x-rays from another practice, and any other materials you feel our dentist might need to review your case. Our Doctor
You will meet with Dr. Jennifer Smith Ellis on your very first visit. We feel that building relationships with our patients is important and will take the time to get to know you, your dental history, and your knowledge about your oral health. We have more than 40 years of combined experience serving patients with a variety of dental concerns. We have worked on all types of cases and are here to help you achieve a beautiful and healthy smile.
